कृष की भूमिका निभाते हुए रिक्की, शूटिंग और पढ़ाई – दोनों एक साथ कर रहे हैं। 8 साल के रिक्की निजी जीवन में पढ़ाई और अभिनय, दोनों के बीच संतुलन बनाए रखने में कामयाब हैं और हर बार सही शॉट देने में भी वो कोई क़सर नहीं छोड़ते। वो इस बात पर भी ध्यान देते हैं, कि उनकी पढ़ाई प्रभावित न हो। वो रोज़ सुबह अपने स्कूल जाते हैं और शाम को शूटिंग करते हैं। इसके अलावा हर शॉट के बाद जो वक़्त मिलता है, उसमें रिक्की अपनी उस दिन की पढ़ाई का रिवीज़न भी कर लेते हैं।
जब हमने रिक्की से इस बारे में पूछा, तो उन्होंने बताया कि, “मैं रोज़ सुबह स्कूल जाता हूँ और शाम को सेट पर आ जाता हूँ। मेरे लिए ये शो और मेरी पढ़ाई दोनों ही महत्वपूर्ण हैं और मैं अपनी तरफ़ से दोनों में संतुलन बनाए रखने की पूरी कोशिश कर रहा हूँ। अच्छी बात ये है, कि शो की टीम भी इस काम में मेरी बहुत मदद कर रही है। मैं भाग्यशाली हूँ, कि मैं दोनों को मैनेज करने में सफल हो पाया।”
