ट्रांसफर नीति भी नहीं है पारदर्शी जो मनमानी कार्यवाही को कर रहा उजागर, शीघ्र ऊर्जा मंत्री से करेंगे पावर ऑफिसर्स एसोसिएशन के सदस्य शिकायत
उप्र पावर ऑफिसर्स एसोसिएशन, की प्रांतीय कार्यसमिति ने आज सर्वसमत्त से सभी बिजली कम्पनियो में पावर कार्पोरेशन प्रबंधन के खिलाफ 92 बैच के अभियंताओ के विरुद्ध मनमाने तरीके से कार्यवाही करने का आरोप लगाया और कहा इस बैच के अभियंताओ का अधीक्षण अभियंता पद हेतु चयन हो चुका है इसलिए उसको रोकने के लिए षड़यंत्र किया जा रहा है।
एसोसिएशन ने कहा कि ताजा उदाहरण लाल सिंह राकेश का सभी के सामने है ऐसी प्रकार जिन भी अभियंताओ को पदोनतिया के फलस्वरूप तैनाती दी जा रही है उसमे से ज्यादातर को पूर्वांचल व दक्षिणांचल निगम में भेजा जा रहा है और अगर कोई अभियंता पक्षिमांचल में कुछ माह पहले ही तैनात किया गया है तो उसे हटाकर पूर्वांचल भेजना पूरी तरह एस्थान्तरण नीति का खुला उलघन हो रहा है जिससे दलित वर्ग के अभियंताओ में काफी आक्रोश व्याप्त है जिससे दलित व पिछड़े वर्ग के अभियंता आंदोलित हो रहे है पावर कार्पोरेशन प्रबंधन अबिलम्ब नियमो के अनुसार समानता के आधार पर कार्यवाही करे अन्यथा दलित व पिछड़े वर्ग के अभियंता आंदोलन के लिए विवश होंगे।
उप्र पावर ऑफिसर्स एसोसिएशन, के कार्यवाहक अध्यक्ष अवधेश कुमार वर्मा, अतरिक्त महासचिव अनिल कुमार सचिव आरपी केन मध्यांचल उपाध्यक्ष महेंद्र सिंह,, संगटन सचिव अजय कुमार ने कहा बहुत जल्द ही सभी मामलो को लेकर एसोसिएशन प्रदेश के ऊर्जा मंत्री जी से मुलाकात कर उनसे हस्तक्षेप की मांग करेगा जिससे दलित व पिछड़े वर्ग के अभियंताओ में वयप्त आक्रोश समाप्त हो । बार बार प्रबंधन को असोसिएसन अवगत करा रहा है फिर भी प्रबंधन दलित अभियंताओ के साथ भेदभाव पूर्ण रवैया अपना रहा है उसके वावजूद भी प्रबंधन उदासीनता वरत रहा है जो घोर निंदनीय है ऐसे में प्रबंधन को दलित वर्ग के अभियंताओ का संरक्षण नियमो की परिधि में समानता के आधार पर करना होगा।
इस बैठक में प्रमुख रूप से सर्व श्री बालक राम, एच पी कौसल, राम शब्द, अशोक सुंदरम, श्यामसुन्दर आर्य, हरीश चंद्र वर्मा, ज्ञान प्रकाश, प्रेम चंद्र, अजय कनौजिया, रणजीत कनोजिया अश्वनी, अनिल कुमार, जयप्रकाश, बाबूलाल गौतम शामिल रहें।
