कहा जाता है भारत में आज से नहीं पुरातन से है इस भारत देश में छुपे रहस्यों को खोजने के लिए केवल एक जन्म पर्याप्त नहीं है! यहाँ अनगिनत रहस्यमय तीर्थस्थल है जिनमे कुछ धुंध लिए गए हैं और बहुत से ढूंढे जाने शेष हैं अब एक रहस्य देखिये छत्तीसगढ़ से सामने आया है जहाँ बताया जाता है यह लगभग 1000 वर्ष पुराना रहस्यमय भगवान गणेश जी का तीर्थस्थल है जो एक घने जंगल के बीच में 3000 फीट की ऊँचाई पर एक पहाड़ी के ऊपर स्थित है। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार यह एक पुरातत्वविद् द्वारा 2012 में खोजे जाने से पहले सदियों तक छिपा रहा था।
यह तीर्थस्थल अर्थात ढोलकल गणेश मंदिर, दंतेवाड़ा, छत्तीसगढ़ मंदिर बैलाडिला रेंज के हरे जंगलों के बीच पहाड़ी के ऊपर समुद्र तल से 3000 फीट की ऊंचाई पर स्थित है। सबसे बड़ी बात यह गणेश भगवान् जी की मूर्ति लगभग 3 फीट है और वजन लगभग 100 किलो है। अब सोचिये तीन हज़ार फ़ीट की ऊंचाई पर इसे कैसे स्थापित किया गया होगा। उस समय तो आधुनिक तकनीकी भी नहीं थी। फिलहाल लोग इसे बड़ी श्रद्धा भाव से पूज रहे हैं।
