लखनऊ 15 जनवरी 2021: अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी के आवाहन पर आज किसान अधिकार दिवस के रूप में उत्तर प्रदेश में तीन काले कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ पिछले 50 दिनों से दिल्ली बार्डर पर भीषण ठण्ड और बारिश में अपनी मांगों के समर्थन में आन्दोलनरत अन्नदाता किसानों के समर्थन में उप्र कांग्रेस कमेटी द्वारा राजधानी लखनऊ में राजभवन घेराव का कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर संघर्षरत किसानों की आवाज को बुलन्द किया गया।
भारी पुलिस बल की मौजूदगी में प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष अजय कुमार लल्लू को उनके आवास से गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। उनके साथ कांग्रेस विधान परिषद दल के नेता दीपक सिंह, पूर्व मंत्री आरके चौधरी सहित सैंकड़ों कांग्रेसजनों को भी पुलिस द्वारा गिरफ्तार कर इको गार्डेन भेज दिया गया।
उप्र कांग्रेस कमेटी के प्रवक्ता डा उमा शंकर पाण्डेय ने बताया कि पुलिस द्वारा बलपूर्वक गिरफ्तार किये जाने पर प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि मौजूदा सरकार निरंकुशता की सारी हदें पार कर चुकी है। लोकतंत्र को तार-तार करने में लगी है। किसानों की मांगों को मानने के बजाय उनके हक में आवाज उठा रहे कांग्रेसजनों को गिरफ्तार करके उनके संवैधानिक अधिकारों को कुचलने का काम कर रही है। आज न सिर्फ लोकतंत्र को कुचला जा रहा है अपितु पूरे संवैधानिक प्रक्रियाओं केा बाधित करने का काम भाजपा सरकार कर रही है।
प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि किसान हितैषी योगी सरकार का आलम यह है कि यूपी में सरकारी गड़बड़ी की वजह से साढ़े सात लाख से अधिक किसानों को सम्मान निधि नहीं मिली है। लेकिन सरकार ने किसान आन्दोलन को रोकने के लिए नोडल अधिकारी बनाए हैं। यह भाजपा सरकारों की किसान हितैषी होने के दावे की पोल खोलती है और साबित करती है कि भाजपा किसानों की कितनी हितैषी है।
