    किसानों के बुलंद हौसले और राजनीतिक घेराबंदी

    हमारे देश के किसानों का गुस्सा फूटना स्वाभाविक है देश के आजादी काल से देश के किसान कड़ी धूप और जाड़ा, बरसात के दिनों में भी कड़ी मेहनत कर अपने खेतों में अनाज उत्पन कर लोगों का पेट भरने का काम लगातार करते चले आ रहे हैं। लेकिन इस बार किसान मोदी सरकार द्वारा लाए गए नए कृषि कानून 2020 में किए गए प्रावधानों को लेकर बहुत नाराज हैं। किसानों द्वारा किया जाने वाला यह विरोध केवल देश के पंजाब या हरियाणा राज्य के किसानों तक सीमित नही है, बल्कि धीरे-धीरे देश के अन्य राज्यों के किसान विशेषकर पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश के कुछ एक किसानों के भी उनके समर्थन में सामने आ गये है। जबकि दूसरी तरफ यदि हम देखे तो हमे दिखाई देता है कि मध्य प्रदेश के किसानों ने नए कृषि कानूनों के आधार पर दस करोड़ रुपयें कमाये हैं। इससे यह स्पष्ट है कि पंजाब में कांग्रेस की सरकार होने के कारण देश के इस राज्य में विरोध कुछ अधिक ही हो रहा है।

    हमारे देश की राजनीति इतनी संकीर्ण मोड़ पर जा पहुंची है कि किसी को देश के नागरिकों, किसानों से कोई लेना देना नही है। यहां इसी बात से इसका अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है कि जो लोग संसद में जब यह कानून पेश किया गया था तो उस वख्त इन कानूनों के विरोध में विपक्षियों ने कोई विरोध भी नही किया और न कोई विरोध में सड़कों पर उतरे और न ही इस कानून को बनने से रोक पाये लेकिन अब वही लोग सड़क पर किसान आंदोलन को अपना समर्थन देकर लगातार सरकार विरोधी माहौल बनाने में लगे हुये हैं।

    ले मशालें चल पड़े हैं, लोग मेरे गांव के।
    अब अंधेरा जीत लेंगे, लोग मेरे गांव के।

    यहां यह सवाल उठता है कि ऐसा क्यों ? देश की राजनीति में किसानों को घसीट कर हमारे देश के नेता नगरी के लोग आग में घी डालने का ही काम कर रहे हैं। यदि हम सच्ची बात कहें तो हमे यह कहना पड़ता है कि यही हाल देश के लगभग सभी राजनीतिक पार्टियों एवं उनके नेताओं का है। जिसके फलस्वरूप लोगों एवं पार्टियों का तदरूप क्रिया कलाप हमेशा से देखने को मिला है। कोई भी पार्टी की सरकार देश मे सत्तासीन रहती है तो उस समय विरोधी पार्टी के विपक्ष में रह कर सत्तासीन सरकार की टांग खीचने में लगे रहते हैं।

    देश मे जब कांग्रेस शासन सत्ता पर काबिज थी तो उस समय आज के सत्तासीन सरकार में रक्षा विभाग के मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने अपने एक भाषण में देश के किसानों के लिये यह कहते हुये सुना गया कि यदि उन्हें किसानों के धरने पर बैठने का संज्ञान में होता तो वे तुरन्त धरने में बैठे किसानों से मिलने जा पहुंचते वही राजनाथ सिंह आज सत्ता में रहते हुये देश के किसानों द्वारा किये जा रहे धरना प्रदर्शन में किसानों से मिलने क्यों नही पहुँचे? वहीं दूसरी तरफ स्वमं कांग्रेस के एक पूर्व प्रवक्ता ने यह कहकर स्थिति को और भी अधिक जोरदार बना दिया है कि कांग्रेस ने भी किसानों के साथ हमेशा छल किया है।

    यदि वास्तव में कहा जाय तो किसानों की वर्तमान समय की दुर्दशा के लिए एकमात्र कांग्रेस की सरकारें ही सत्ता के पहले दिन से ही जिम्मेदार रही हैं। कांग्रेस की पहली सरकार जब 1947 में बनी तो उसी समय से सर्व प्रथम ‘कमीशनखोरी’ का काम देश की राजनीति में शुरू हो चुका था। आजाद भारत में भ्रष्टाचार की नीव सबसे पहले ‘जीप घोटाले’ से शुरू हुई यह इस बात का प्रत्यक्ष प्रमाण है कि उस समय प्रत्येक प्रकार से भारतीयता को उजाड़ कर विदेशी कंपनियों से कमीशन लेकर कांग्रेस के मंत्रियों ने काम करना आरंभ किया था।

    कांग्रेस की ‘कमीशनखोर’ भ्रष्ट सरकारों ने भारत के ‘बैलों की जोड़ी’ या ‘गाय – बछड़ा’ जैसे चुनाव चिन्हों पर देश के लोगों से वोट जरूर मांगे लेकिन उनके द्वारा देश के किसानो को हमेशा जुठला कर नजरअंदाज करते रहे और देश के परंपरागत साथियों और परंपरागत जैविक खेती से उन्हें दूर धकेलने का काम किया। जिसमे देशी खेती-बाड़ी के कामो में प्रयोग होने वाले पशुओं के मल के रूप में गोबर के खाद इस्तेमाल करने के स्थान पर आस्ट्रेलिया जैसे देशों से यूरिया खाद मंगाकर भारत की भूमि को बंजर करने जैसा कुचक्र सरकारी स्तर पर जोर शोर से किया गया।

    धीरे-धीरे भारतीय किसानों को यूरिया पर निर्भर होने के लिये मजबूर कर दिया और इसी कड़ी में इस समय भारत मे अमेरिका से देश के खेती किसानी में प्रयोग होने वाले बैलों के स्थान पर किसानों के लिए ट्रैक्टरों को मंगवाया जाने लगा तो उस समय आइंस्टीन ने एक बार यह कहा था कि यह ट्रैक्टर भारत को भविष्य में आने वाले 50 वर्षो में नेस्तनाबूत कर देगा। आइंस्टीन की यह बात आज साकार होती नजर आने लगीं है।
